Shipping and Return


Once your payment has been verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends and holidays. Purchases made after 9 am MST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you did an order after 9 am MST on a Friday, your order will most likely be processed and shipped out on the following Monday.


We offer a full refund for product returns within 60 days of delivery via cash or store credit.

For customers in the US, we offer free and easy returns for all products over $50 USD. Please get in touch with our customer representative to secure all details and receive a prepaid return label. We do not offer refunds to expedited shipping charges.


If you received a damaged item, please get in touch with our Customer Support representative at [email protected](dot)com and they will be glad to assist you with the issue.


After you notify our customer support representative, we will email you a pre-paid return label within 48 hours.

Once your return has been received by the warehouse and it complies with our returns policy, we will send a refund to you right away. Please be aware that payments can take up 7-10 days to process depending on your bank or payment method. Returned items will be refunded excluding the original cost of shipping.

Right after we have issued the refund, it will take 3-5 business days for the funds to be placed back on your credit card or paypal account.
